ORDER PROCESSING

Orders received before 2:30pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day.

Orders received after 2:30pm will be processed the following business day.

Orders received after 2:30pm on a Friday will be sent out the following Monday, excluding bank holidays.

Please allow 2 to 3 working days for Scotland and Northern Ireland.

You will receive an email when your order is on the way.

US SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES PAID

US orders are shipped Delivered Duties Paid. This means any applicable import taxes, customs duties and handling fees are included in your final checkout price.

You will not be required to pay additional charges upon delivery. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

UNITED ARAB EMIRATES 

Orders shipped to the UAE may be subject to local import duties, taxes, customs-clearance charges or carrier handling fees. These charges are not included in the order total and are the responsibility of the recipient. The local postal service, courier or customs authority may contact the recipient directly for payment before delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected service.

All international orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment centre using tracked delivery services.

EU SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES NOT PAID

EU orders are shipped Duties and Taxes Not Paid.

Local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the purchaser when ordering from our website.

When your tracking number is created, the country of origin and HS codes will be added to help customs identify the correct duty code for your order.

When your order arrives in your country, your local postal service or courier may contact you if there are duties or taxes to pay.

Failure to pay local taxes or duties may result in your parcel being returned to us or detained. We are not able to refund orders unless the parcel is returned to us.

REST OF WORLD SHIPPING, DUTIES AND TAXES NOT PAID

Orders to destinations outside the UK, US and EU may be subject to local taxes, customs duties and carrier or customs-handling fees when they arrive in the destination country.

If payment is required, the local postal service, courier or customs authority may contact you before delivery.
