Refund policy

At String Nix® our goal is for you to be absolutely thrilled with your new purchase. However, we also encourage considered shopping practices to align with our core values of sustainability and conscious consumerism. Please review our refund policy below to ensure a smooth process should you need to make a return.

STRING NIX have a 14-day return policy therefore you have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return. 

Returns

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect item sent.
  • We encourage you to use a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.

Eligibility for Refund

  • Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
  • Refunds are available for items returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • To start a refund process, please contact our customer service team at hello@stringnix.com stating your reason for return.

Non-Refundable Items

Due to hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Worn, washed, or damaged products or packaging
  • Products that have had tags removed

Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

We have worked extremely hard to make sure you receive your String Nix order in perfect condition. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your goods are damaged, faulty, or if you have received the wrong item..
